Our fast-paced pediatric dental office in El Cerrito is looking for a full-time registered dental assistant and/or dental assistant who is positive, friendly, relational, and self-motivated. We are a tight-knit team that values clear communication and helping one another to be able to treat our patients with the highest standard of care.

Duties Include:
- Sterilization of dental instruments.
- Providing exceptional patient care, including oral hygiene instruction, dental prophylaxis, and coronal polishing.
- Chairside assisting in restorative procedures, including those with nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and general anesthesia.
- Taking accurate dental radiographs.
- Managing phone correspondence with patients.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Able to multitask.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Creatively solves problems and creates results.
- Is self-motivated and a fast learner.
- Maintains a professional appearance and attitude.
- Dentrix experience is a plus.
- Existing coronal polishing and X-ray permits/licenses.
- BLS certification is required.
